It's a free of costs to advertise a job with Foxlancer
To upgrade your current membership:
- 1- Click the Membership-in the left side panel of the Dashboard.
- 2- Update your plan details. (The 90 days cost will update at the bottom of the page)
- 3- Click on Upgrade Membership button.
- 4- If appropriate, It will deduct amount from your current balance and update your membership.
- 5- You can have Auto-renew at expiration plan updating by clicking on the checkbox.
- 6- Later this auto membership plan updating could be edited through edit profile.
Freelancer Guide
To Sign Up on Foxlancer and create your profile:
- 1- Click Register Button at the right top of the main page.
- 2- In sign up page, fill your correct details on mandatory, and then select your User Type as Freelancer.
- 3- After that you will receive a Verification Code to continue your registration, and then go back to your email to verify your email ID and active your account.
- 4- To complete your Registration Login to your account, and now you are a part of the Foxlancer.com family to start your own business, welcome with us.
To Update your Profile go to Dashboard and Click on Edit Profile button on the left side to fill your detail information.
- 1- After Registration you need to update your Profile Details, Click on Edit Profile button at the left side of Dashboard page.
- 2- On the Edit Profile page, you need to fill in factual information to help you to attract customers and connect trust with them by receiving their invitations to deal with them in an easy and chain manner.
- 3- After completing your basic information, click on Update Expertise button at the right side to select your Skills from the categories and select your Strength that you feel through percentage (for example No. 1 will give you 10% etc.).
The portfolio is one of the most important things that will focus on your work for some of the projects that you have done to the previous clients, and gives you a better chance to attract new clients easily, and it's also interface effect positively to impact for your business
After you have completed your profile, you can edit your portfolio.
To Edit Your Portfolio:
1- Click on the Upload Portfolio button at the top of your Dashboard and upload your work there is Three Sections in your Portfolio you can use one of them or all which related to your Business:
A- Images (In this section you can Upload Images of your work from your PC.)
B- Videos (In this Section You can add your work which you uploaded to other sites using their links for Example YouTube, Metacafe etc.)
C- Documents (In this Section You can add your work which you uploaded to other sites, using their links for example 4 Shared, dropbox etc.)
After you have created your contractor profile, you can start submitting proposals for jobs. You can find and evaluate jobs by browsing the Foxlancer site or by receiving invitations from potential clients to submit proposals for their jobs.
To browse jobs:
- 1--Click on Find Jobs button on the top navigation bar and Search for Jobs Within your level of expertise or knowledge in dealing with.
- 2- You can browse jobs by a number of criteria:
- Category
- Latest Job
- Job Name
- 3- Click the Job Name to view a particular job description.
- 4- For additional information about a client, click on client's username.
- 5- To start Bidding on the job, click on Apply to this Job button
- 6- To send a message to the client, click on Question Mark the text message will open on the right side under the client details of the page, and then you can write a message to the Client for more details about the Project.
- 7- To invite your friends click on-Invite Friends To Bid button to popup invitation and send whatever you want of invitations, by one invitation.
If the client selects your proposal and hires you for the job, the following will occur:
- You will receive an email notification informing you that you have been selected.
- The job can be found on your Dasboardl with Accept and Decline options.
You must then accept the job selection on Foxlancer before the job can begin.
To Request for Pay to the client:
- 1- Go to your Dashboard
- 2- Click on Active Projects link on the left Navigation and click on the View Milestone
- 3- Select the job for which you want to send request to release the payment after you completed the project or part of it as per your agreement between you and the client, after that click on Send Request
- 4- The Notification Request will send automatically to the Client
- 5- The Client will open your Request to release the payment (Accept / Declined) the decline for reasons or not complete the project in accordance with the agreement between you and the Client
Employer Guide
To Sign Up on Foxlancer and create your profile:
- Click Register Button at the right top of the main page.
- In sign up page, fill your correct details on mandatory, and then select your User Type as Employer or Both (Freelancer & Employer).
- After that you will receive a Verification Code to continue your registration, and then go back to your email to verify your email ID and active your account.
- Login to your account.
- To Update your Profile go to Dashboard and Click on Edit Profile on the left side to fill your detail information.

- 1- After Registration you need to update your Profile Details, Click on Edit Profile button at the left side of Dashboard page.
- 2- On the Edit Profile page, you need to fill your basic information to attract prominent contractors by receiving their invitation or hiring in an easy ways
To post your project on Foxlancer.com, click Post Job button in the upper left side of the home page, then fill all fields it's mandatory as below mentioned details:
- 1- Project Title: Entry your project name.
- 2- Describe Your Project in Details: First you will need to fill in your account details: Enter a job description. Be as detailed as possible, including specific information about the work needed, the size of the job, estimated start and completion dates, and some background on your project.
- 3- You may attach up to 10 files (maximum size 50 MB per attachment) that help clarify the job requirements and enable contractors to prepare more thorough, relevant proposals. Please use discretion when including private information such as your web address or name. You can remove the attachment and revert back to your original description details of your Project by clicking Edit My Project.
- 4- Select a Fixed price or Hourly job. Fixed price jobs are best when you have well-defined scope and structure for the work. If the job scope is less certain and you would like to work with your contractor on a more flexible basis, then choose the hourly option. Hourly jobs are Work View enabled. Work View is a safe and efficient way to pay for hourly work online. You will also be asked to select your budget. You will have the option to choose from a set of predefined budget ranges or you can create your own custom range.
- 5- Select the category and subcategory that best describe your job and the skill set you would like your contractor to have. When you post a job in a subcategory, it will be viewed by all contractors in the main category.
- 6- You may select up to 5 relevant skills you would like your contractor to have or groups that you would like your contractor to have joined. When you select skills, your job will be tagged with the associated keywords, making it more visible to qualified contractors when they are searching our job database.
To withdraw the Payment:
1. Go to the Fund Management link in the left navigation and click Withdraw Funds.
2. Select the paypal and give the details for the withdrawal of money.
3. Click on click here to withdraw.
4. Mention the required details.
To Confirm the Payment:
1. Go to the Fund Management link in the left navigation and click Milestone.
2. Select the job for which you want to send an request and click on accept amount .
3. Click on Submit.
To accept the job:
1. Click the Accept button on Dashboard .
2. Click on the link for accepting job in the email.
You can easily send requests to Foxlancer contractors to submit proposals for your job, either from search results or from their individual profiles.
Requesting contractor proposals from search results: You can invite a contractor by clicking on Invite button. If you already have active postings, you will see a window listing all of your jobs that are open for bidding. You can either choose an existing job or create a new one. Each selected service contractor will receive an email invitation to submit their proposal for your job.
Optionally, you can solicit bids from contractors by browsing their profiles and requesting proposals for your job. Note: It is not required that you request proposals from contractors; you can also post a job for open bidding as outlined in the previous section.
To browse contractor profiles:
1. On the home page, select the Hire in the top navigation bar and then click Search Contractors. You can enter a keyword (EX: iPhone, PHP) and click the Search button to narrow your search results.
2. You can filter the search results using the options in the left navigation. Sort by clicking on the dropdown to the right of Sort by: at the top of the page.
